With over 100 million plastic cartridges ending up in landfill every year, it’s vital the industry takes steps to reduce its consumption of plastics and packaging. The relaunched ecoSEAL system offers one of the simplest ways to make a positive impact.
With the ecoSEAL sleeve system there’s no need to buy an expensive barrel gun. Its unique reusable sleeve is easy to use - simply cut the foil, insert into the sleeve, attach the nozzle and fit into any standard gun. The plastic sleeve can also be used on average 75 times and is recyclable at the end of its usable lifespan. What’s more, when empty, the foils are eight times smaller than traditional cartridges, meaning less waste is sent to landfill and in turn disposal costs are reduced on larger projects.

Painters Mate is a high quality acrylic filler that can be used both internally and externally. Its unrivalled formula offers many benefits over standard fillers and is ideal for hairline cracks. Highly flexible, Painters Mate is easy to use. No sanding is required and it can be overpainted within one hour.
DOWSIL™ 785+ is a fast cure sealant that provides excellent adhesion to most non-porous surfaces. Containing a fungicide to resist mould growth, it protects against bacteria, MRSA, E. Coli and Salmonella. Tack-free in 30 minutes, it can be applied in a temperature Range +5 to +40°C and cures to a gloss finish.
DOWSIL™ 796 is a neutral silicone suitable for weather sealing between PVCu, aluminium and wooden door and window frames as well as most common construction substrates. Highly flexible, it offers a 10 minute working time and is fast curing – tack free in 35 minutes, with nil slump. With excellent weathering characteristics, DOWSIL™ 796 is resistant to ozone, UV radiation and temperature extremes. It can also be applied in a temperature range of +5 to +40°C.
A one-part plastic and glass silicone, DOWSIL™ 799 provides strong adhesion to most plastics including PVCu and polycarbonate profiles and panels. For use in glazing applications that utilise polycarbonate sheeting, and for perimeter pointing of door and window frames. It also contains a fungicide for use in areas of high humidity where mould growth is likely. With excellent weathering characteristics, DOWSIL™ 799 is resistant to ozone, UV radiation and temperature extremes. Highly flexible, it has a working time of five minutes and is fast curing – tack free in two hours.
The WORKS PRO is a high performance sealant and adhesive, which can be used internally or externally on almost any surface and in wet or dry conditions. Using THE WORKS PRO, there is no shrinkage, no staining, no solvents and no need for additional fixings. It comes in a foil sausage which creates less waste when disposed.
