Both Geocel and DOWSIL™ high-performance construction sealants were selected for use at 200 Capital Dock – a new commercial development acquired by investment firm JP Morgan in 2017.
Geocel 925 NS in Portland Point was used to weatherseal all the open joints on the stone façade.  DOWSIL™ 791 was also specified to weatherseal and secure the façade’s glass units in place.
Astellas Building

At The Sorting Office, the latest flexible use commercial property in Dublin’s Silicone Docks district, a range of high-performance sealants were specified for the location’s atrium elevations and glazed partitioning.
